J1 VISA
WITHDRAWAL & REFUND POLICY

In the event that the teacher discontinues their contract with the program and Visionary Edge Consulting LLC, or if their visa application is denied, no application fees paid or documents submitted will be returned or refunded to the teacher.
If the teacher is withdrawn from or voluntarily withdraws from participation in the exchange visitor program before the program end date—except in cases of malpractice, verified disability, or health-related emergencies—the withdrawal will not affect their obligation to pay any remaining fees owed to Visionary Edge Consulting LLC. The teacher remains fully responsible for fulfilling these financial commitments, regardless of the reason for withdrawal.
Teacher participants are advised that visa sponsor organizations have independent withdrawal and refund policies. These policies apply in the event of withdrawal (whether voluntary or involuntary) or if the teacher's visa application is denied. It is the teacher's responsibility to review and adhere to these policies.
