Step 1: Check Your Eligibility
Before submitting your application, ensure you meet the following criteria:

Hold a valid teaching license in your home country.

Have at least two years of full-time teaching experience.
-
Be currently teaching at the Kindergarten, Elementary, or High School level.

Possess an Education degree equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor’s Degree.
-
Have sufficient proficiency in English to succeed in U.S. classrooms.

Step 2: Prepare Your Documents
To streamline the process, please gather and prepare the following required documents:

Resume with Photo

Include complete dates for graduation and employment history.

Transcript of Records
-
Save all pages of your transcript in one (1) PDF file.

Current Passport (Biodata Page)
-
Ensure your passport has at least one year of validity remaining.

Copy of Your Teaching License

Your license must also have at least one year of validity.

College Diplomas
-
Combine multiple diplomas into one (1) PDF file.

Self Introduction Video
-
Create a 1-minute self-introduction video where you highlight key details about yourself that are important for the school to know in order to consider you for the position.

Step 3: Submit Your Documents​

Combine the first 6 documents into a single email with each required file as attachments.

Do not send documents via Google Drive links or other external file-sharing platforms.

Important Notes
We will not accept applications that include the following:

A passport with less than one year validity.
-
A license with less than one year validity.
-
Applicants with less than two years of full-time teaching experience.
-
Applicants that have not taught in a K-12 setting.
-
Applicants that have not taught in the past month.
-
Applicants whose teaching experience is limited to online-only roles.
